Quality Assurance Framework

The Warwickshire Safeguarding Adults Board (WSAB) works to make sure adults with care and support needs are kept safe from abuse and neglect. Our Quality Assurance Framework explains our approach to evaluating the effectiveness of safeguarding arrangements across Warwickshire.

The framework helps us to understand how well services are protecting adults, and whether they are making a real difference to people’s lives. It supports a culture of improvement across all organisations involved in safeguarding.

The framework outlines a range of quality assurance activities and their aims, including a data dashboard and audits of strategic safeguarding, multi-agency case files and frontline practice. These activities ensure that strengths and areas for development are identified to support a strong culture of openness, learning and continuous improvement in safeguarding practice.
