Warwickshire Safeguarding are pleased to share our Business Plan. The streamlined plan sets out the Partnership's shared vision and values that will help keep children and young people at risk safe.

The Business Plan is a statutory requirement and sets out the Partnership's strategic priority areas of focus and will be reviewed annually.

Warwickshire Safeguarding Children Partnership has three key priorities for 2025/27:

  • Work together to ensure that children and young people are protected from harm and neglect and their welfare is promoted

  • Working Together with partners to ensure the multi-agency system is making a difference to children, young people and families

  • Enhance our joint approach to ensure children are safe within the community from risk of harm outside their home and are visible to services
